Property Portfolios

Investors should be aware that an EPC must be made available for properties in rental. Although properties which were already tenanted at the time of the introduction of the requirement do not, at present, need a certificate, one will be required at the next change of tenancies. With EPCs for this purpose being valid for 10 Years it may be convenient to obtain them in advance.
